 "Unconditional was a moment between a young Blackfeet man and his horse at the end of a day of photography.  The young man wasn't posing for an arranged scene, he was simply giving the horse heartfelt thanks and love for the hard work they had both shared from dawn until dusk.  Nothing about it was performed; it was simply a magic moment of true affection between them both.  When I saw it, I had an electric sense of astonishment and found it to be the most wonderful thing I'd seen all day.  I am fortunate to have been able to witness this moment."
