• Choose an existing template from one of our premade templates. The photo needs to be the approximate size of the template and high resolution to fit. 
• You can request a theme and we'll do our best to accommodate. Otherwise, we will recommend and choose the template.
  
• Most pieces are novelty size unless you request an existing  challenging JNG template or a children's template.

1. You must own copyright to artwork or photographs.
2. Some photos may need to be cropped or adjusted by our designer.
3. Sizes and number of pieces are approximate.

Camera Resolution and File Format:

• Camera resolution should be on  highest setting
• JPEG file at least 1MB

• For personalized puzzles, email us at joyfulscribbles@gmail.com for a link to send your image to our Dropbox. 
• PLEASE include your name and phone number with your email.
• Shipping charges will apply.
• Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks from order date before we will ship the puzzle.
• Custom puzzles are non-refundable.
